Bologna Homestay is a small, family-run, informal and pleasant accommodation situated about a 15-minute walk from the walls of Bologna and the Central Station, and less than 10 minutes on foot from the Fair. It consists of 3 rooms distributed on a single floor inside a historic Bolognese building. The maximum capacity is 6 guests. In particular, the "Red Room" is the historic little room where we used to host our friends. Suitable for 1 guest only, it is equipped with a fan, heating, a 40" flat-screen TV, an Xbox One console, and a work desk. The "Blue Room" used to be our bedroom, custom-made for a couple, comfortable and filled with plants. Inside, you will find a 40" flat-screen TV, a spacious work desk, air conditioning, and heating. The "Green Room" is our largest and most unique room. It measures 21 sqm and offers the option of 2 single beds or 1 double bed. Inside, there is a 50" curved TV, a work desk, air conditioning, and heating. All rooms are equipped with fast WiFi and blackout curtains. There is also a shared kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. PLEASE NOTE --- private bathroom not available. Well-behaved small dogs are welcome, UPON AGREEMENT. There is an additional charge for pets.
Welcome! Mari, Nello & Eto here :) We manage this small short-term rental business as a family and we are committed to making the stay of our guest friends as pleasant and informal as possible. We love animals, and Eto is our sweet and very friendly Bull Terrier who loves to play with both adults and children. Come visit us! It will be a pleasure to have you here with us!
You will find yourself in the multicultural area of Bologna, just a step away from BolognaFiere. It is excellently served by public transport to reach the train station and the city center (if desired, you can reach the city walls in 15 minutes on foot). The area is rich in Italian and ethnic restaurants. Doorstep, you will find green areas, a cycle path, a shopping center, a post office, a pharmacy, a gym, a swimming pool, a hair salon, a tobacco shop, and many other small shops.
