It is located in a quiet and relaxing area surrounded by greenery (fruit trees, olive trees and vineyards) 5 km from the sea and from Sestri Levante. The apartment is divided on two floors (ground floor and first floor) both with independent entrances. On the ground floor there are: the bathroom (bath, shower, washing machine, sink with hanging cabinet, chest of drawers, heater, window); the kitchen (table, 6 chairs, appliances, television, 2-seater sofa bed, heater, window, front door); the garden and the barbecue (with wood and accessories). On the first floor there are: the large bedroom (with double bed, 2 bedside tables, desk, chair, chest of drawers, mirror, mirror, cabinet with radio, heater, 2 windows, 1 door window with lock for access to the terrace and internal staircase in wood with safety gate); the small bedroom (with double bed, bedside table, floor lamp, wardrobe and coat rack, window, heater, mirror); the terrace (with folding table, 6 chairs, 2 retractable awnings, lamp, television antenna, external staircase with safety gate). The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

My husband and I will be happy to personally welcome our guests on arrival and assist them during their stay so that the same is serene and pleasant and offer a small welcome present (when possible, drinks and / or seasonal fruit). Since we live on the first floor of a house adjacent to the structure, we will always be available to resolve any inconveniences and support them with regard to attractions and local tourist events and the surrounding areas of Ponente (Lavagna, Chiavari, Zoagli, Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, San Fruttuoso, Camogli, Recco, Sori, Bogliasco, Nervi, Genoa), of Levante (Moneglia, Deiva Marina, Bonassola, Levanto, 5 Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, La Spezia) and the hinterland (Val Gromolo, Val Petronio, Val Graveglia, Val Fontanabuona, Val d'Aveto). We will also provide documentation relating to events, visits, excursions, tourist boat timetables, trains and buses.

Santa Vittoria di Libiola is one of the hamlets of the municipality of Sestri Levante which is 5 km away. It is inhabited by about 1,000 people spread over a very large territory. On the main square of the resort (300 meters from the hotel) there are: a grocery store selling newspapers, a butcher / delicatessen, a post office, a church, a primary school, a public car park, a public garden, the bus stops to and from Sestri Levante and the neighboring hamlets (Villa Libiola, Villa Loto, Villa Montedomenico, Villa Libiola, Villa Tassani).
