At the entrance, following a small hall there is access to a comfortable cellar / laundry room, after a flight of stairs we access the living room with exposed beams, the first bathroom with shower and a very comfortable kitchen / dining room. After another flight of stairs we access the night floor with two double bedrooms, one single and a further bathroom. Going up there is a suggestive attic until you get to the enchanting roof terrace overlooking the bell tower of San Marco and the domes of the Basilica. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The privileged location (the house is located in the ancient center of Venice but in a historic street with little traffic) and attention to detail will make your stay in the most romantic city in the world, unforgettable.
