We are in the open countryside, in the heart of the Franciscan path. In addition to taking wonderful walks on the Umbrian hills, you will also have the availability of bicycles including e-bikes (on request and for a fee) to admire the fascinating mountain scenery. We are close to the most beautiful Umbrian cities in less than 15 - 20 minutes. When you return from your tourist days you can relax on your porch equipped with a table, BBQ and wood-burning oven, in the silence that surrounds you. Outside, our olive grove, the enclosure with the donkeys and the enclosure with the chickens that will provide you with fresh eggs. The laundry area is OUTSIDE where you will also find a solarium area with deckchairs and a hydromassage also heated (20 euros per day if you request heated water) Upon your arrival you will find our small welcome basket with the first necessities. WE WILL BE PRESENT EVERY DAY TO TAKE CARE OF OUR ANIMALS AND PLANTS. IF YOU WANT FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED. The house is furnished in Arte Povera style, with a double bedroom, another with two or three beds THAT CAN BECOME A DOUBLE, a sofa bed for one and a half, a bathroom and in the entrance, a living room and a fully furnished kitchen. I am Micaela and with my husband Stefano we have decided to make our Umbrian hills known among wonderful views and scents. We also have three children: Edoardo and the twins Luigi and Aurora. This is not our main job. My husband works in the Municipality of Valfabbrica and I rent cars with Avis autonoleggio. We are animal lovers, on our property there are chickens of particular breeds (low cholesterol eggs), and donkeys in their comfortable enclosure in front of the house. We live right in Valfabbrica which is 5 km from the house reachable via a country road that runs along the new Valfabbrica lake and the Franciscan path. One kilometer away is the small village called Fratticiola Selvatica with a bar, a grocery store and butcher's shop. With our bicycles you can admire wonderful hilly landscapes and go for walks breathing in seasonal scents or relax in our solarium with deckchairs available with a wonderful view of our hills, our olive grove and orchard.
