Welcome to our bright and airy 70 m2 apartment with 4 nice little terraces located 16 MINUTES ON FOOT from the beautiful Prato della Valle and the Basilica of Sant'Antonio.
It is easily accessible BY CAR or with PUBLIC TRANSPORT. It is located in a condominium with ample PRIVATE PARKING.

The apartment is divided as follows:
ENTRANCE with shoe rack, round mirror and slippers kit;
LIVING ROOM - large and with an extendable table, a smart TV and an air conditioning that cools the whole house;
KITCHEN - complete with appliances (including microwave and kettle), gas detector, utensils and crockery; BATHROOM with window, with shower cubicle, washing machine and hairdryer;
MASTER BEDROOM with comfortable double bed 160x200cm, large wardrobe and work space;
2nd BEDROOM with comfortable double bed 140x200cm and large mirrored wardrobe.
4 BALCONIES - each room has a glazed door which leads to a small and charming terrace;
The apartment is located at the SECOND FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR.
The OPENING of the MAIN PEDESTRIAN GATE and of the DOORS to the apartment and building will be completely REMOTELY MANAGED.
ARRIVING BY CAR: You can arrive directly by car since the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone. You can safely park inside the courtyard of our building.
ARRIVING BY BUS FROM THE TRAIN STATION: Take the "Line 5" towards "Voltabrusegana". Get off at the "Via Goito" stop, which is practically in front of the building.
ARRIVING BY TRAM FROM THE TRAIN STATION: Take the tram towards "GUIZZA - CAPOLINEA SUD". Get off at the "Santa Croce" stop. The apartment is just five minutes away by foot.
Inside you will find: ULTRA FAST OPTICAL FIBER WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING Daikin.
