- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: It is mandatory for you to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to carry out online check-in, entering your details and documents for all guests. You will be asked to sign the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and to pay the TOURIST TAX, if applicable. Online check-in must be carried out at least 3 days before arrival, except for last minute bookings. - ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This property provides in-person check-in from 3PM to 8PM. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time to arrange key delivery. Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM, is available on request in advance and subject to availability, with an extra charge payable in cash on arrival. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM. - CLEANING: A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali. - NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged. - PETS: Pets allowed for a fee upon request and subject to availability. - WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay. - WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

DISTRICT DESCRIPTION: Cernusco sul Naviglio is one of the most beautiful towns on the outskirts of Milan, with a well-kept pedestrian centre, cycle paths everywhere, the Naviglio della Martesana designed by Leonardo Da Vinci, which connects Lecco to Milan with a 50 km cycle path surrounded by greenery. Cernusco is the ideal city for an extended stay during a visit to Milan, perfect for families who want to spend a few days in a quiet and green place close to Milan. The flat is in a residential area, with easy access to Milan's motorways and ring road. It is 2 km from the M2 metro station with which you can reach the centre of Milan in just 25 minutes. MOVING AROUND THE AREA: The town of Cernusco sul Naviglio is located to the north-east of the city of Milan, halfway to the city of Monza, along the route of the Martesana Naviglio Park, with ample green spaces for pleasant walks. Connected to the city of Milan by the underground MM2 (green line) in about 10 minutes you can reach the San Raffaele hospital, in 20 minutes you can reach the central station, in 30 minutes the city centre. The house is within the pedestrian area (ztl) of the city centre, near the hospital, and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from the MM2 (green line).
