Noble family house of the late eighteenth century where the nun Saint Sister Elena Aiello lived. The renovated house is spread over 200 square meters with large rooms each with a balcony overlooking the square. Reservations for one or two people will be offered respectively in single or double room / double room (please contact the property for special needs). Linen kit free wifi in the structure rooms with tv smoke detector domotic heating non-smoking rooms..Video surveillance outside the structure and heating make this place safe and comfortable.The proximity to the historical and cultural places of the old city are an added value to those want to immerse yourself in the Calabrian culture. just 1000 meters from the Annunziata Hospital and Cosenza train station. From home Cenzina you can easily move on foot and the city center is also 10/15 minutes on foot. Excellent position for Nordick Walking & Jogging having the beautiful municipal villa and the cycle and pedestrian promenade along the Crati river 50 meters away from the smog of the city center.
