It is located in San Vito di Cadore in a panoramic position, quiet and well exposed to the sun, it lies in a green valley surrounded by the most famous peaks of the Belluno Dolomites Park, along the main road, but very quiet and close to the town center and only a ten minute drive from Cortina d'Ampezzo, one of the most renowned resorts in the world, already the site of the 1956 Winter Olympics and the future site of the 2021 World Ski Championships and the 2026 Winter Olympics. The house has a large square with parking and a garden in front of Pelmo. At 30 meters there is the bus stop for Cortina d 'Ampezzo and also the ski bus stop that will take you directly to the ski slopes of the San Vito area (reachable on foot in just 10 minutes). Still at 30 meters, bicycle lovers will be able to reach the famous cycle path 'The long way of the Dolomites'.

San Vito di Cadore is located in the upper Valle del Boite, just 10 km from Cortina d'Ampezzo, in a wide and green valley surrounded by some of the most beautiful Dolomite peaks, including the Antelao, the Pelmo and the Croda Marcora, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2010. It is located at 1011 meters above sea level and is a typical mountain village of Ladin culture and traditions and at the same time a modern and well-equipped tourist center that offers comfort and well-being to both sports enthusiasts and those in search of tranquility in harmony with the natural environment.
