House spread over three floors in the old incasato of San Benedetto del Tronto. There are two entrances, the White Door via S. Voltattorni n. 1 and blue door in Via Tasso. You enter with an access code provided at check-in. Each room is independent, with private bathroom. No air conditioning but the ceiling light is equipped with a fan and the possibility of varying the light intensity. WiFi with access code. Included is a refrigerator, hairdryer and coffee machine with pods (coffee, tea and barley). No parking space but there are ample free parking nearby (via Gemito, via Impastato) and paid (via Porta Antica, Piazza Piacentini).
I am married and a mother of three grown-up children who allow me to embark on new adventures and with the "Casa del Fiordaliso" a new chapter in my life begins. I've always dreamed of having my own home and now I'm making it happen. The old incasato di San Benedetto is a jewel a stone's throw from the city center and served by all comforts from transport to services. I love to sing, dance, see musicals and plays. I love animals I have two dogs Lulù and Laverne, parrots, goldfish and turtles. I love the purple color.
A quiet place, it is the first house in the old town of San Benedetto, also called "Paese Alto" where the Torre dei Gualtieri stands out, dating back to the Middle Ages and symbol of the city. In front of it some historical finds of the ancient city. Both the Gualtieri tower and the remains of the ancient city can be visited and you can enjoy the city panorama and a romantic belvedere. In the close vicinity of the Casa del Fiordaliso there are bars, pubs (where you can appreciate excellent sandwiches and craft beers), restaurants (gourmet and with typical dishes) and pizzerias. In a few walking minutes you reach the city centre. In San Benedetto del Tronto there is a tourist tax: 1 euro per day for all guests from 12 years of age and for a maximum of 1 week.
