Delightful and comfortable apartment located in a central position just 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Chiavari and the train station, it is ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building, reachable by a flight of stairs. There is no elevator. Inside we find a living room with a sofa bed, a bookcase with TV. From here you access a small terrace where you can hang out your laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table, induction stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything you may need for meals and breakfasts. There is also a high chair for children. A maximum of 8 guests can stay in the apartment. In the double bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, you will find two bedside tables and a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and a clothes rack. In the third bedroom there is a single bed and a pull-out bed. One of the double bedrooms comes with a baby bed for the littlest guests! There are two bathrooms in the apartment. In the completely renovated master bathroom there is a large shower, a sink, bathroom fixtures and a washing machine that can be used during your stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and is included in the price. The house is equipped with heating. For the summer months, however, there are more fans. It has Wi-Fi connection. The apartment does not have a parking space but there are paid car parks nearby or two large free car parks: one is located about 200 meters away in Via Principessa Mafalda di Savoia, 1.
