The Casa dell'Opera is located in Pesaro, in a terraced house with a private garden, adjacent to the historic center and only 10 minutes from the sea, which can be reached without transportation. The apartment is equipped with all accessories and consists of a kitchen-living room, two large double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. The building has independent heating and is equipped with Wi-Fi. Pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but there is a large garden for smokers.
Near the apartment, there are several car parks, bars, pharmacies, delicatessens, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, and shopping centers. Just 50 meters away lies the beautiful Miralfiore Park and Campo Scuola, perfect for those who enjoy spending time in nature engaging in sports activities. Also within walking distance from the apartment is the Teatro Rossini, renowned for hosting the 'Rossini Opera Festival,' a significant event dedicated to the works of Rossini and other composers of the era. The proximity to the railway and bus station also facilitates easy access to neighboring areas of interest such as Urbino, Fano, and Gradara, even for short day trips.
