Detached house on two floors located 2 minutes walk from the beach with direct access to the central caruggio of Moneglia, the pedestrian area in the heart of the town with shops and restaurants a stone's throw from the sea. Ideal accommodation to enjoy your holidays in Moneglia and to visit the surrounding towns such as Sestri Levante or the Cinque Terre reachable in about 30 minutes by train. FREE WI-FI and AIR CONDITIONING. The entrance is on the ground floor but it is necessary to climb the internal stairs to reach all the rooms. Upon entering you will immediately find a first bedroom with two single beds, TV and a wardrobe. The two single beds are designed to be used together, thus forming a double bed. A first flight of stairs will lead you to the first floor where there is the kitchen, a living area with TV, a sofa bed for one and a half people for an adult (maximum two children). The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals. Also on this floor you will find the second bedroom, with a double bed, TV and a large bathroom complete with toilet, shower and washing machine. Going up some more stairs you will arrive at the beautiful private terrace furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella. Here you can enjoy a splendid view of the city while having lunch or dinner outside. There is also a cot, a high chair and safety gates for children before the stairs. Bed linen and towels are provided by us based on the number of people booked and are included in the price. Pets are allowed with a supplement. GIVEN THE PRESENCE OF STAIRS IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOTOR DIFFICULTIES. There is no private parking but in agreement with the Moneglia train station parking, if you present yourself as our guests you can have discounted rates. The possibility of parking is however subject to availability. We will give you more information.

The apartment is located in the center a stone's throw from the town's central alley: the main street once crossed by farmers, fishermen, merchants and pilgrims, today it is the ideal place for walking after leaving the beach, browsing and buying in the shops that animate Street. In fact, there are all the services you may need during your stay: shops, groceries and supermarkets, bakeries, tobacconists, pharmacies, bars, clubs for your evenings and restaurants that offer the best of Ligurian fish and cuisine. The sea is about 100 meters away, so you will literally need a few steps to enjoy the beach. Moneglia is perfect for families and those with small children thanks to the low car traffic, sandy beaches and shallow waters. The wild nature of the promontory that divides Moneglia from Riva Trigoso, a hamlet of Sestri Levante, is one of the favorite places for climbing enthusiasts. The Moneglia cliff, reachable from the town along the path outside the tunnels, is characterized by an equipped wall overlooking the sea measuring approximately 90 metres. A favorite destination also for lovers of scuba diving and trekking: in the hills surrounding it there are numerous paths that can be explored on foot or by mountain bike which offer incredible views of the coast surrounded by the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub. Moneglia station, which is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, is the ideal starting point for visiting the surroundings without using the car: in about 30 minutes you can reach Monterosso al Mare, before the Cinque Terre, in 20 minutes Sestri Levante, in about an hour Santa Margherita and Portofino. Moneglia is 50 km from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty.
