The swimming pool it's open from beginning June until end September and is shared with few other units (5) but it's like if it is private because is never crowded and quiet most of the time. The house is situated in a splendid and unique position for the surrounding silence, the tranquility and the lake view.The house has all the comforts for a comfortable stay, the bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with a comfortable shower, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, the living room offers a comfortable 3 seater sofa that converts quickly into a double sofa bed, a 42"LED TV with connected DVD player with a nice selection of movies in different languages.Parking allowed for one vehicle only. Camper and minibuses are not allowed in the car park and must be left on the road next to the house (free parking).

"Casa Dolce Vita" is situated in the town of Belgirate , Piedmont, Italy. The house is located a few minutes from the town center on the side of a hill overlooking the lake, this guarantees guests total privacy, silence and tranquility and a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. In a minute by car or 5 minutes walk you reach the center of Belgirate where you can find bars, restaurants, kiosk, pharmacy, boat rental and of course the lake with different points that act as beach or access to water. A 10-minute walk also takes you to the station that allows you to move on the Domodossola-Milan railway line comfortably reaching Stresa, from where boats leave to visit the Borromean Islands, and Arona, the ideal city to do some shopping or walking along the lake. The best way to get around is definitely the car that allows you to quickly reach the various points of interest that the area offers. With the nearby station you can easily reach the cities of Stresa od Arona in 15 minutes. a countless walking paths for beautiful and peaceful walks.
