Hi! I'm Ilaria and looking forward to having you as guest at my home, Casa Flavia ai Morosini. I will be at your complete disposal for the entire duration of your stay. I will give you advices, information, make reservation of any type and help in case you need it. Do not hesitate to contact me also to organize your TRASPORTATION SERVICE "TO and FROM" the Airport, Santa Lucia Railway Station or the Piazzale Roma parking lots. I will be happy to illustrate, in addition to scheduled events, possible trips to the islands of the lagoon, excursions to other cities or relaxing days at the sea of Venice-Lido. Finally, if you desire, i can suggest you tasty dinners at excellent or traditional Venetian restaurants.

Part of the noble Palazzo Morosini (12th C.), Casa Flavia is a luxury apartment located on the ground floor. The apartment offers luxurious details of style and design and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main one and service one) and an equipped kitchen that boasts wonderful frescoed ceilings of the Tiepolo school. Ancient exposed beams and precious materials such as Istrian stone, precious ebony and marble finishes are combined with well-known design pieces by Ettore Sottsass, Fornasetti and Gaetano Pesce, in a perfect combination of contemporary design and Venetian tradition. From all the windows you can enjoy bretah-taking views of the canals. Casa Flavia has been completely renovated and designed according to the design of Carlo Scarpa; each piece of furniture/work of art has been chosen to satisfy the most demanding customers. The rooms have King and Queen size beds complete with high quality Italian linens, AC system and WiFi. From the elegant and bright living room equipped with Smart TV (Netflix/Prime) and luxury amenities you can enjoy the slow and romantic passage of the gondolas..

The Castello district is one of the most interesting area of the city. Close to the most important city landmarks but out from the crowds, here you will find a lot of sights to see such as Campo San Giovanni e Paolo with its amazing Basilica, the Scuola grande di San Marco, the Bartolomeo Colleoni statue, the Santa Maria dei Miracoli church and the Arsenale, just to name a few. The area is also full of typical and innovative restaurants, art galleries and shops, very real, not touristic!
