Bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment (third floor with elevator), recently renovated, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Strategic location, close to bus/tram lines 58, 55, 10, 5 to reach the city center or university campuses.
