The house is 100 years old with the typical 'volte a stella' roof, completely renovated. It is situated in a very quiet area. My house is the right accomodation for a couple or for a family with children. The house is made up of a parents room, a 'volta a stella' room with a sofa bed, a mezzanine with two beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a small backyard. The house is situated in an exellent position if you want to visit Salento 'wonders'. It is only five minutes far from the old town of Lecce. It is only three minutes far from the ringroad from which you can get Gallipoli, in the West coast, or Otranto, in the West coast, in thirty minutes or Porto Cesareo in forty minutes. • The house has a small open terrace and a big roof terrace. • In some periods of the year I will be personally present, otherwise one my reliable person will be there. • Nearby the house: a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a supermarket, a coffee bar, a household shop. • Bus stop at 200 metres. • No smoking • No pets • No parties • Check in 16.00- 20.00
