Stately country home built in the typical style of the rustic villas. he house is surrounded by a large park equipped with garden furniture, nice swimming pool (pool size 6x12 m, depth 1,50 m. to be shared occasionally with the owners). On ground floor, with independent entrance on the rear of the house, live the owners who will be a nice and discreet presence and a trustworthy reference point for any needs. The house, set on a mezzanine, with entrance by an external staircase (8 steps), is made up of: living-dining room, kitchen with fireplace, four double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower. From the living room on get access to the wide panoramic and covered balcony equipped with table and chairs, ideal to eat outside. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

It is situated on a panoramic position, on green hills covered with hazelnut trees, vineyards and olive groves, on a 292 mt. above sea level plateau, close to the WWF Oasis of Corchiano. 'CASA GRION' is placed in the high Lazio region, in the outskirts of the village of Corchiano (the Etruscan Fescennium) where you will find all kind of shops and services. The villa is only 60 km far from Roma, within reach in one hour by train or bus, so it is the ideal place for people wanting to visit it. A stone's throw away the luxuriant woods of Monti Cimini and the lakes of Bracciano, Vico and Bolsena. In the nearby territory many Etruscan graves had been found and important archaeological finds can be seen in the museums of Valle Giulia in Roma and of Forte Sangallo in Civita Castellana.
