Our villa is located on a private street, closed to traffic, founded in 1929. The area, Città Studi due to having the headquarters of various universities including the Politecnico di Milano, is a unique and vibrant quarter. Known for its green spaces and distinctive urban planning which features spacious streets that intersect at right angles, creating a sense of openness and tranquility. The tree-lined boulevards, adorned with neoclassical and neo-Gothic style buildings, add to the charm and character of the neighborhood. The city center and all the main shopping and business areas are very easily and rapidly reached within few metro stops without having to move your car which can remain safely parked in our premises.
