Independent entrance 50m2 house located on the ground floor of a 2 floors building, finely restored and furnished in the center close to means of transport and all types of shops. Very cool in summer due to the thick ancient walls, without the need of air conditioning as it's naturally fresh, warmed by an independent heating system in winter, equipped with insulating fixtures. This holiday home includes 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The holiday home is carefully furnished with walls adorned with paintings. The living room has a table with chairs for lunch, a sideboard with glasses, cups, plates, breakfast cups, coffee cups, pots and more. The well-equipped kitchen has a hob, oven fridge, crockery and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a toilet, a sink and a bidet, a hairdryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo. The double bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large wardrobe with two doors. The second bedroom has two single bunk beds, a desk with chairs, a cabinet containing the cleaning kit, access to the internal courtyard to hang out the laundry or sit down to drink a beer or smoke; the kitchenette has a sink, stove, oven, sideboard, drainer, cutlery, two mochas for coffee and kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a fridge with freezer. The unit is new, renovated and cared for, maximum cleanliness and order is required during the stay and upon departure, uncivilized and rude people are not welcome as guests in our structure. The unit offers 3 beds, 1 large double bed and 2 single beds; the guests have to use the number of beds relating to the number of people, so if they're 2 guests they've to use the only double bed or the 2 single beds; each bed used in excess of the number of guests costs an additional 15 euros per night.

The house is located in the center of the town, a few minutes walk from all the places of historical and artistic interest, from panoramic views, from all kinds of shops, food, dairy, butcher, tobacco shop, haberdashery, bar, bakery, pastry shop, banks. The house is located very close to the regional and interregional bus stop. You can park temporarily and for free the car in front of the entrance, otherwise in the neighboring streets a few tens of meters from the apartment, both free of charge and payment parking; in Piazza Vischi at 300 m and 5 mins by foot from the house, there's a parking square where it's possible to find parking at any time of the day and the nigth free h24, except on Saturday morning because of market.
