"Casa Perin" is located just a few kilometers from La Spezia, completely immersed in nature, where you can find peace and tranquility. The property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a covered terrace. It is ideal for long stays, both with family and friends. outside the property, you will find parking and a vast green area. Your beloved pets are also welcome. IN ADDITION, THE USE OF THE LOWER FLOOR IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE. UP TO 1O PEOPLE THE AVAILABILITY IS ONLY ON THE FIRST FLOOR.
At your arrival we ask you to make a small deposit of 50 euro in cash as a guaranty for the eventual damages and the loss of the remote that we will provide necessary to open the gate. We will give you back the money at your departure
"Casa Perin" is located near Vezzano Ligure (SP), in a quiet and relatively secluded area, as it is composed of a few villas surrounded by widw lands. Within a 1 km radius, there is the Vezzano Ligure train station, bus stop, supermarket, tobacco shop, and several bars. A few kilometers away is La Spezia, a coastal city from which you can continue towards the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, or Lerici
