Casa Polly is a lovely holiday house with pool in Le Marche, perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the small pleasures of daily life, far from the stress and chaotic routine of big cities. Its peculiar location allows the guests to go into the absolute calm of nature while being within easy reach to the small historic towns and majour centres of Le Marche, a renowned region for its art and cooking traditions. The presence and discretion of the owners in the premises make this small but comfortable structure truly unique. At guests’ exclusive use a porch with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a private garden. A large pool with beautiful view over the surrounding hills is also present. The property is entirely fenced-in. The annex is composed of a living room-kitchen with double sofa bed and direct exit to the porch, two double bedrooms, wide bathroom with shower. Heating on consumption; Air conditioning available in the living area and in one double bedroom; extra fee of Euro 10 per day (to pay on spot to the owner).
