I live in the countryside on the hills of Lake Bolsena with my husband Massimo. • In Bolsena, in the village, we recently renovated, dedicating it to hospitality, "CASA TOLINDA" This is part of the big house of my family, where I lived for many years. I had a bakery with my family in Bolsena for 20 years, for 30 years a beautiful restaurant with my husband. I worked for several years as a Nature Guide in Italian Reserves and Parks. And now, after so much running, I try to regain possession of my time, and so I delight in taking long walks or walking the country roads with my bicycle; I enjoy preparing cakes, biscuits, jams and liqueurs. I cultivate the vegetable garden and the olive grove and, for the whole year, I benefit from the fruits of these (excellent "EVO" oil). I live my little family to the fullest with my sparkling, 80-year-old dad and my husband. In winter I teach catechism to the boys of my parish, and above all I try to live in joy every moment of my days.

Casa Tolinda is located on one of the three main avenues of the city • the lake is 200 meters away where there are bars and restaurants and a nice well-shaded cycle-pedestrian path illuminated during the night; the equipped beach is about 500 meters; • A100 meters there is a well-stocked supermarket; • at about 200 meters there is Porta Fiorentina with access to the village with greengrocer, norcineria, bakery, a large supermarket and other shops; • the public bus stop is 50 meters away; • at 30 meters there is a tennis court where you can also park freely. In short .... I would say that Casa Tolinda is ideal for couples of all ages. To visit on foot: Basilica of S. Cristina with the Chapel of the Miracle, Rocca Monaldeschi (territorial museum of the lake), Volsini archaeological area, the medieval quarter and more. Bolsena is a pearl set on the northeastern bank of the Volsini Hills that gently degrade towards the lake. Coming from Orvieto or from Rome you will see a wonderful silver-blue lake, if instead the direction of arrival is from Siena you will appear in front of the characteristic medieval quarter with its mighty Rocca Monaldeschi della Cervara.
