A stunning, newly-built Apulian villa sleeping 12, with 1.9 hectares of land dotted with 101 olive trees - some centuries old - pomegranate, almond and other fruit trees. Stylishly furnished for and by the owners, this is no standard holiday villa, but rather a chic, yet family-friendly Apulian retreat set near Ostuni and the beautiful towns of Valle d'Itria, such as Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Martina Franca. There are two ensuite bedrooms in each wing, while the self-contained trullo is its own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Our three stylish sofas form a playful area where we hope you'll spend many joyful evenings. The kitchen has a long wooden refectory table with stools that sit 12 to 14. Scattered around are items of antique furniture and items attesting to the rural origins of the property, including two large yellow "capasoni" or ceramic jars. All rooms have fully equipped ensuite bathrooms with bidet and shower, hairdryer and fluffy towels. The beds are larger than usual, with 90x200cm or 180x200cm mattresses. You will have the entire villa and its grounds to yourself. Should the villa be rented by less than 8 people some rooms may be locked. The house is cleaned twice a week by our specialist cleaning staff who are very attentive to maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Antibacterial hand wash and other personal hygiene essentials are provided too. The house being brand new, it is easy to keep it spic and span and in top working condition. We have a hot outdoor shower, sink & WC next to the swimming area, so you shouldn't need to go in the house at all during the long lazy days around the heated pool. The pool is cleaned regularly, and it gets tested weekly for chemical imbalances. The pool can be heated for a 200 euro fee.

Set in peaceful countryside, this is a genuine oasis of tranquility, where the only sounds to be heard are the wind, the birds and the cicadas. There's plenty of space inside and out for guests to find their own spot and lots of options for sharing solitary or fun-filled social moments together. The nearest airport is Brindisi, only 35 minutes away, while Bari can be reached in less than 1h20min. It's also good to know that Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica are only a 10 minute drive away, while Martina Franca, Cisternino, Locorotondo, and Alberobello are also within easy reach for a lunch, dinner or aperitivo. The whole area is dotted with hundreds of masserie (farmhouses) that have been converted or operate as restaurants, where you can savour different takes on the amazing local cuisine. The beautiful Adriatic beaches of Rosa Marina, Torre Canne, Savelletri, Capitolo, and Monopoli (also a beautiful town well worth a visit) are 25-40 minutes away. The Ionian sea and the famous sandy beaches of Campomarino, Punta Prosciutto and Porto Cesareo are approx 1hr away. If you're after some culture, Lecce with its stunning baroque buildings and musea is 55 minutes away, while Otranto and Gallipoli take 80-90 minutes to reach. We have a humongous 4.5m trampoline for the enjoyment of our big and small guests, however, please note the maximum weight of 150kg which means 3-4 kids or 2 adults maximum are allowed on at any one time. We also have some teen, pre-teen and adult books available, as well as toys and board games.
