Casa Vacanza Elena is an independent villa located in a quiet area, ideal for families with children and pets. One of the main strengths is the hospitality of the owners. The property features a large private garden with a gas barbecue, a corner dedicated to aromatic herbs (sage, lemon verbena, mint, thyme, rosemary, basil, bay leaf, lemon balm), six sun loungers, and garden games. Inside the property, there is ample parking for 3 or 4 cars, very convenient for loading and unloading. Just a few meters from the house, you will find a public charging station for electric cars. The house can accommodate up to six people, plus infants if needed. The interior spaces include a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a playroom suitable for both children and adults. The house is located in Santino, about 15 minutes by car from the main tourist destinations such as Pallanza, Intra, Villa Taranto, Stresa, Borromean Islands, Cannero and Cannobio.
