This 40 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, cable TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open between the 15th of June and the 15th of September, depending on weather conditions), a children's pool, an outdoor shower, and a tennis court.
