The 65 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, a cot, and a pouf that can be converted into a bed, one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 3 people. An additional guest can be accommodated on the convertible pouf. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee machine. A baby cot is also available. The apartment offers a variety of outdoor spaces, including an open terrace and a spacious balcony.
