The elegant and recently renovated flat is located in the centre of Loceri and is functionally furnished for a pleasant holiday. It can comfortably accommodate a large family or a group of friends, with 5 beds available. The entrance leads to the fully equipped living room/kitchen, equipped with a coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave and pots and pans. There is also a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed for the fifth person. The first bedroom offers a double bed and the second two single beds, both with wardrobes and access to a terrace overlooking the courtyard furnished with armchairs and a small table. The bathroom is complete with shower cabin, hairdryer and toiletries. The flat has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms. The flat offers privacy and excellent value for money and is suitable for single travellers or couples. A first-aid kit and a mini-extinguisher are available for any emergencies (please inform us if these are used).

The neighbourhood where the flat is located is a small, quiet hamlet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Walking through the small streets, one can observe typical Sardinian murals. The village offers small shops, a few bars and a pizzeria. In terms of entertainment, there is an 11-a-side sports field open to the public, a 5-a-side football and basketball court and a children's playground.
