Casa O.R.I. is located on the second floor of a small apartment building of five apartments. Accessible by an external staircase. No elevator. It has been recently renovated and completely renewed in terms of furniture and household appliances. The apartment is made up of an entrance, a dining area with a well-appointed kitchen, a living area with a couch that can fold out into a double bed, a bathroom. The sleeping area is in a mezzanine area with a spiral staircase, with a double bed and two single beds. Covered terrace complete with table, chairs. Moreover, it has a lovely, covered terrace equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and an electric barbecue. We also offer Wi-fi, a Smart TV with access to Netflix credentials, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, cooking utensils, tableware, an electric stove, a washing machine, a microwave, a pellet stove, hair dryer, a heated towel rail, air conditioning, etc. Parking space is available and is located within a private courtyard. Furthermore, the town centre and all its comforts are only a few kilometres distance. The center is at 2 km It is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation, from its overlook of the lakeside to its private passageway that grants direct access to the club, or Lido, of Riva di Gittana. Moreover, it offers a breathtaking view of the eastern shores of Lake Como. The small town of Perledo is located between Varenna and Bellano, two major centres from which ferry services are available to reach popular locations along the lake, such as Bellagio, Menaggio, Cadenabbia, Tremezzo and many others. Varenna and Bellano’s railway stations also provide for an easy visit to Lecco or Milan. In the winter season, the apartment’s location allows for a short trip of a few hours to ski resorts like Valsassina, Madesimo, Bormio, etc.
