The apartment is located in the historic center of the village, near the panoramic square, in a typical building which is accessed through a small wooden door on Via Fontanelle, near the private parking. The house is warm and welcoming, with wooden flooring, as well as the exquisitely crafted fixtures; the access staircase, divides the space into two communicating parts: - The first is composed of the living room, in which stands out, framed by two windows, the fireplace made of stone and wood, around which there are the dining table, the sofa bed and a relaxation area for reading; from here you enter the first bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. - In the second area there is, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table, a bathroom, and a large double bedroom, illuminated by two windows, with a wardrobe and a relaxation / reading corner. The structure has views on two sides allowing you to enjoy the view of the village and the mountains at 360 degrees; this makes the place suitable for rest, well-being and the search for contact with nature and the landscape.

We are three brothers, Renzo Elisa and Laura, young professionals who cultivate a passion for architecture and the landscape. Together, we have brought to light this historic house, following in the footsteps of our posterity, originating from the place. We love nature, animals, good food and outdoor activities; we hope, through this project, to create new national and international social relations, to promote cultural exchange and the possibility of rediscovering, for our guests, the beauty of this enchanting town.

Located in the upper Molise area, San Pietro Avellana is a suitable place for all those who want to carry out outdoor activities, visit places of historical importance and taste valuable products such as, for example, the typical truffle. A few kilometers away are the two ski lifts of Roccaraso and Capracotta, popular destinations for winter sports. The territory, rich in landscape and natural features, is particularly suitable for hiking activities for all age, both on foot and by bicycle. Not far away, the urban center of Castel di Sangro, offers all the necessary services and various activities for entertainment. The truffle market exhibition is very important in August and November, a nationally recognized event that attracts a large number of enthusiasts.
