In front of the house, a large, manicured garden features pathways, a swimming pool area with shower, sunbeds, umbrellas, and outdoor play equipment for children, including bikes and a slide. A barbecue area and garden furniture — chairs, loungers, and sunbeds — are also at guests’ disposal. The interior includes an entrance/living room, a bathroom with tub, a cozy living space, and a large, fully equipped marble kitchen with modern appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Moka, American, and Nespresso coffee machines, along with cookware, tableware, and utensils. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available throughout.
