The house, in the style of the “Le Case di Zenzero” is fully independent, originally built in the early 1900s and completely renovated in 2018. It is a true gem – a boutique maison with a warm atmosphere, offering a pleasant, relaxing, and quiet environment with total privacy. Thanks to its strategic location, within just a 3-minute walk you can reach the archaeological and museum area of San Vitale, Galla Placidia, the National Museum, the ancient Franciscan Cloisters, the famous Domus of the Stone Carpets, and last but not least, the brand-new Byron Museum recently opened inside Palazzo Guccioli – all part of a group of monuments recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The unit includes a living room with a double sofa bed overlooking a private internal courtyard, a guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom; one of them features a King Size bed. The reinforced front door has an electronic lock and is protected by an access code, which will be provided to you upon arrival. The code is changed at the end of each stay. Special attention has been paid to silence and safety, with shatterproof and soundproof windows as well as acoustic insulation built into the perimeter walls.

Located inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), the house comes with private garage parking (3 minutes away on foot), available upon request. Public parking is also nearby (2-minute walk). Temporary ZTL access permits are available for eur 8/day, and the closest unrestricted area is only about 100–150 meters away.
