The access to the apartments is via a wooden staircase, located in the hamlet of Cretaz, near the children's playground and the municipal library. The ski lifts are 1.9 km from the property (4 minutes by car). The nearest free public parking lot is located in Piazza Carrel, only 100 meters from the house. During the winter season, the parking lot is served by a ski bus that takes you directly to the ski lifts in 5 minutes. If needed, a private parking space can be arranged upon request with the owner. The pharmacy is 150 meters from the apartments, the bus stop (to Cervinia or to Châtillon) is 100 meters away, and the center of Valtournenche, with all its shops, bars, and businesses, is 250 meters away.
