Detached house with large garden located in the center of Greve in Chianti, a few steps from the main square of the town and the bus stop that allows you to quickly and easily reach the city of Florence. The house has 4 large bedrooms (3 double bedrooms + one triple), 2 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need (including coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher), a living room with a large screen smart TV. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are present in all rooms. Free Wi-Fi active throughout the house. A large garden with pergola and barbecue extends to the back of the accommodation, in a quiet and private position. In the warmer months a relaxation area is set up with sofas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. For those who choose a holiday during the colder season, the house is equipped with a heating system and the living room has a warm fireplace. A private garage for motorbikes and bicycles is available free of charge, with 3 bicycles provided for guests. Access to the garage is only possible for small and medium-sized cars: the garage entrance measures 220 cm wide x 170 cm high. Laundry area available with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Hello, I'm Cristina! Chianti Best House is a project born from the desire to keep alive the warmth and splendor of the house that belonged to my family, where since childhood I spent my holidays. Chianti Best House saw me grow and I grew up with her. In 2017 I've completed a total renovation of the structure, turning the family home in a tourist accommodation. Enthusiasm, color and inspiration were my best allies. I had passionate about ideas, solutions and attention to detail, to create a holiday home as harmonious and welcoming as possible, but also functional. My greatest wish is to be able to offer at the guests the chance to get to know the extraordinary beauty of Chianti, in the most comfortable way and feeling like at home in the pleasant atmosphere of the "Chianti Best House".

Starting from Greve, you'll have no difficulty in discovering the enchanted corners, the views, the wineries, the villages and the castles of Chianti, first among all the nearby Castello di Montefioralle (only 2 km from the accommodation) Florence is around 30 km from Greve.
