Located in one of the main streets of the historic centre, opposite the Coin building, there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants just below the flat. In 2 minutes you can reach Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which you can take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat and reach the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna). In 1 minute you can also reach Piazza Duomo and its Broletto, and shopping streets such as Via Vittorio Emanuele. Other squares worth visiting are only a 5-minute walk away, such as Piazza San Fedele and Piazza Volta, the latter of which has become a major meeting point for the city's evening life in recent years with its many restaurants and bars.
