Management and sustainability The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit corporation committed to responsible tourism. It is part of the NativooForGood project, which promotes sustainability in short-term rentals between Lake Como and Valsassina. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
