La struttura è stata realizzata a fine 800 ed interamente ristrutturata. E' composta da 4 appartamenti e vi è nella zona comune, una lavatrice disponibile per tutti i clienti. Ogni appartamento ha un balcone privato ed un terrazzino in comune con l'appartamento adiacente. Gli appartamenti sono sviluppati su più livelli dotati di ogni confort e arricchiti di una terrazza panoramica comune posta all'ultimo piano dove si può ammirare il mare, la chiesa della Madonna delle Lacrime e uno scorcio del mare e della piazza Pancali, prospiciente il Tempio di Apollo.
