The ideal solution for those wants to relax, enjoying the peace of the surrounding countryside, without giving up the convenience of arriving at the beach in no time, or visiting the surrounding beauties. You will find a simple country house, surrounded by a large garden shared with other guests, completely fenced, to ensure maximum safety for your children or pets friends. A pond with water lilies will be your backdrop to recover all your lost energy, sunbeds and deckchairs at your complete disposal and for those who love sports, a small synthetic grass pitch (smaller in size) for mini tennis and mini volleyball, and a bowls at your complete disposal. For the little ones there is also a fun trampoline, and a very big space where they can run around in complete safety.

The owners will be able to welcome you with courtesy and cordiality without ever being too intrusive, but always present for any need, from suggesting an itinerary, a beach, an excursion, to offering you pleasant evenings with friends. We are used to welcoming guests of any nationality into our home, we have always done our best to let you discover the most beautiful, most hidden and least touristy corners of our Region. We are only 8 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from Ancona railway station, and only 35 minutes from the famous and beautiful Conero Riviera. And if the sea is not your priority, you can reach the village of Camerata Picena and Castel D'Emilio in just 5 minutes, an authentic village enclosed in a perfectly preserved castle. A little further Offagna, the Orange Flag town of the most beautiful villages in Italy. A few more minutes by car and you will easily reach Osimo, and Camerano with their beautiful caves to visit, Loreto, a destination for pilgrinages from all over the world, and Recanati, the Leopardi's birthplace. Furthermore, if all this were to be little, you will have the opportunity to also reach the famous Frasassi Caves in a short time. Having a car is absolutely recommended, to be able to discover the beauties of the Marche.
