The House consists of three large double bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge with adjoining dining room, fireplace and kitchen facilities. The House also has open spaces: a garden and a large terrace (with barbecue) ideal for the summer. For those travelling by car there is a carport within the structure. Da Vinci for two is a lovely studio in stone in the garden of the house. Completely renovated, very bright and welcoming. The House has a sofa bed with linen and towels changed weekly and a fully equipped kitchen.

This adventure was born from the desire to create a unique and comfortable Island immersed in authentic environment that only a typical tuscan village can offer. At our holiday home you will enjoy a pleasant contrast between the antiquity of Castiglion Fibocchi and the modernity of the House, which we have personally restored and decorated in a mix of styles between the industrial and the shabby chic carefully selecting every detail.

The village of Castiglion Fibocchi is in a nerve center of the valleys of Arezzo, on the last foothills of the Pratomagno down towards the plain of Arezzo, along the ancient Via dei Sette Ponti. The foothill, that in the Roman era was one of the most important lines of communication between Arezzo and Florence, is a great scenic road also mentioned in a document of the late tenth century (as a way of Sancti Petri), that is used as a route by pilgrims who came to Rome. This path winds through terraced cultivation of olive trees and vineyards, passing by some beautiful towns of Italy like Castelfranco, Lorociuffenna, San Quirico, the small fraction of Gello Biscardo, Borro and Castiglion Fibocchi precisely. Near Arezzo you can enjoy the Buriano Bridge, that you can see painted behind the Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci. You can quickly reach Arezzo (10 km) where you can visit the Loggia of the Piazza Grande, the 'Piero Della Francesca' frescoes in the Basilica of St. Francis, the Cathedral of San Donato. Florence is only 50 minutes by car (68 km) with its famous Duomo,Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Museum. Do not miss Siena (62 km). Fattoria La Vialla is very close to the house
