Costermano sul Garda, an ancient feud of the Monastery of Santa Giulia of Brescia, is located like a balcony over Lake Garda in the heart of the morainic amphitheatre, framed by Marciaga, which dominates Garda from above, Castion, at the foot of the Belpo and Albarè in the Tasso plain. A few kilometres away is Lake Garda and the Natura-Viva Zoo and the most famous theme parks such as Gardaland, Canevaworld and Movieland. Also noteworthy is the food and wine offer with the Bardolino Wine and Oil Museum. Famous and popular is the Bardolino wine festival, which takes place every year at the beginning of October. The large Acquardens spa park in Pescantina and the thermal baths of Villa dei Cedri in Colà di Lazise are also well known.
