This strategically located gem offers easy access to both the Monferrato valley (Langhe) and the Alpine mountains, just a 7 minute drive from the main Turin-Milan highway. The ground floor welcomes you with an antique wooden door, leading into an open space featuring a warm fireplace beneath a vaulted brick ceiling. Enjoy a luxurious, fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. The first floor boasts three beautifully decorated bedrooms: a queen bedroom, a double bedroom, and a guest single room. Additionally, you'll find a bathroom with a shower, a laundry machine, and a service room equipped with a dryer.
Enjoy our high quality home surrounded by a few family houses, trees and the sound of nature, accesible via a mountain road. For offroad bicycle enthusiasts, a popular track passes just outside the house. The house is completely reserve for the guest and include the front property garden.
