Located in Nulvi, this 50 m² holiday home offers comfort for up to 3 guests. It features a loft bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and both espresso and traditional coffee makers. Air conditioning, a washing machine, and tea and coffee facilities are provided throughout your stay. Families with young children will appreciate the crib and high chair. Outdoors, relax in your private garden with views or on the covered terrace. A private barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and children can enjoy the shared playground on the property. Two shared parking spaces are available on site. Events are not permitted at the property. The owners live on site but not in your accommodation. Nulvi is an ancient mountain and farming village with about 3,000 residents, located 20 km from Castelsardo, 25 km from Sassari, and less than an hour from the main beaches of northern Sardinia, such as La Pelosa, Alghero, and Isola Rossa. The area is renowned for its cheese and excellent wines and is known as the city of nuraghi, with the highest density of these ancient structures—about 80 nuraghi can be found in the area.
