The main house has an open plan living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room/kitchen leads directly onto a covered terrace with a hanging bed, a barbecue, wood oven, a large dining table and gas heaters for the spring and autumn evenings. A 50 meters path brings to the summer house, a separate little house with a double bedroom and a bathroom, and a little terrace over the rural panorama. I am a Lawyer, but I love my family-land San Giovanni and I try to spend there most of my time, as there is always a lot of work to do. In the land surrounding Egesta, in fact, we produce also extra virgin olive oil, and I will be glad to leave in the villa a sample to taste it. You can have all the fruits growing in the land, depending on the season: Citrus trees all the winter, with some trees producing oranges and tangerine perfectly juicy until may, lemons, pears in My-June, prickly pears and figs in august, raisin in September-October. And newly pressed oil, of course, from mid October! I planted rosemary, basil, persil, sage, thyme, all around the villa, while mint and strawberry are around the pool.
