We are a small property investment company in Italy. Focusing on Alp recreational rentals.
Property information
Grand Ourse, located in the heights of Cielo Alto in Cervinia. Close to ski slopes. When weather conditions allows you can ski straight to the property. Small kitchen, sofa bed, double bed and a bunk bed. Apartment has 5G FWA Business wifi (with congestion priority).
- Living room entirely new
- Bunk bed area and wardrobe
- Kitchen will be repainted and new tools
- Bathroom has new seat and shower tap
- There is an 80L hot water boiler in the apartment. Giving around 15 minutes of hot water. Shower as cold as you can if you are many, and wait around one hour for it to be hot again. :)
