In addition, guests are invited to unwind in the newly established private Mini Spa located on the second terrace, designed to offer peaceful relaxation amidst elegant surroundings. The interior of the house spans 100 sqm and features a spacious living area complete with a cozy fireplace, two loft sleeping areas that communicate with each other, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with a shower and water/bidet combo. The sleeping quarters include a large double bed in the upper loft and a comfortable sofa bed for two in the second loft. Despite the kitchen being the only area not served by the central heating system or air conditioning, the rest of the villa ensures a comfortable atmosphere. The house boasts two communicating terraces connected by a spiral staircase. The upper terrace offers an expansive 100 sqm area equipped with a patio, barbecue corner, dining table, and a relaxation area, serving as a perfect outdoor space for meals and leisure. The lower terrace has been transformed into a mini spa, featuring a whirlpool with ergonomic seats, chromotherapy, and aromatherapy options set in a flower-adorned, panoramic solarium to augment guests' well-being.
