The house was born from a recovery of an old butcher's shop from the end of the century. Many details, such as doors, gates, marbles have been recovered and restored. Furthermore, everything has been embellished with ancient and contemporary works of art as well as curious and unique objects. The house is spread over two floors with 3 large bedrooms. A first solution is a large apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and tub, a modern and super-equipped kitchen, two sofas that transform into comfortable beds. 4 people can be hosted. The second and third solution have a shared bathroom, both bedrooms are spacious with a double bed. Upon request and for a fee you can park in the courtyard. A small garden to accommodate your small pets.

The house is on the inside of the main road, so silence and peace are guaranteed. It is located 5 minutes on foot from the Ducati Museum, 5 minutes by car from the BLQ airport, and only 15 minutes by bus from the city center. It is close to the ring road and the highway making it easy and quick to reach the Bologna Fair, Imola, Ferrara, Modena.
