In a Family home but with separated entrance, on 8th floor of a building in the student quarter of Milan (Città Studi), a double bedroom with private bathroom and balcony. Excellent transport links, near the tube, line 2 and 4. Central Milan in 15 minutes by bus. The room is quiet, a door leads to the balcony overlooking the courtyard, where it's possible to eat and have breakfast when the weather is nice. The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a wooden table. There is also a washing machine, a mini fridge and a TV. The access to the bathroom is from the bedroom and it's provided with shower, toilet and sink. Air conditioning and free WiFi are available.
Chantal and her husband live in this quarter since years. They have 2 children and one dog. They will be happy to give advice on tours in the city.
The accommodation is in the student area called "Città Studi", near Polytechnic. It's lively during the day and peaceful in the night. There are parks nearby, a Botanical Garden, pubs, pizzerias and restaurants. It's 7 minutes walking to reach the tube, line 2 and 4. Central Milan can be reached in 15 minutes by bus, too.
