CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am. Late check-in beyond these times is not permitted. CUSTOMER SERVICE Our support is available daily from 9:30 am to 10:30 pm (Italian time). An AI chatbot answers immediately, but by typing “operator” you will be connected to a team member for direct help. MANDATORY ONLINE CHECK-IN Access requires completing the online check-in on the Maison Métropole portal and uploading a valid ID (passport). This is required by Italian law (Art. 109 of the Consolidated Public Security Laws – R.D. June 18, 1931, no. 773), which obliges us to transmit guest data to the authorities. CITY TAX If established by the Municipality, a tourist tax may be requested at arrival. Amount, exemptions, and maximum stay depend on local rules (Art. 4 Legislative Decree 23/2011 and municipal regulations). RESPONSIBLE USE OF THE PROPERTY A small welcome kit is provided (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel); daily restocking is not included. Follow recycling instructions and use the bins provided. Use heating/air conditioning responsibly: keep doors and windows closed when on, and switch off when leaving. Clean dishes, pots, and pans after use, and avoid staining towels or textiles. Please treat the house with care. Any damages, losses, or missing items attributable to guests may be charged at repair or replacement cost, including possible technical work. MAINTENANCE & UNEXPECTED ISSUES Report within 2 hours of arrival any problems with cleaning or equipment so we can promptly assist. Failures of external suppliers (electricity, water, gas, internet), condominium works, or city noise are beyond our control, but we will do our best to reduce inconvenience and support you. The living area is cosy and functional, designed for relaxing moments after a day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for short or longer stays, allowing you to comfortably prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners just like at home. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with solid wood furnishings. The entire apartment is equipped with pillows, duvets, basic bed linen and curtains that make the spaces even more pleasant. The bathroom, simple yet functional, features a shower, bidet and everything you need for your stay, including a hairdryer, bin and useful accessories. The property is completed by a balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains, perfect for breathing in the fresh air and enjoying a quiet moment. There is a private covered parking space, a great advantage especially during the winter months. A comfortable, characterful and well-equipped apartment, ideal for those who want to experience Gressoney with all the comforts and an authentic atmosphere. Panoramic hikes and trekking: 🏔️ Lago di Gabiet Classic hike from Gressoney-La-Trinité (Punta Jolanda) to the alpine lake of Gabiet. Trail no. 5B, about 50–60 minutes, moderate ascent, with the option of using the lifts. 🏔️ Vallone di Loo One of the most beautiful routes in the valley: a long side valley with mountain pastures, streams and views of Monte Rosa. A medium-difficulty route, very scenic. 🏔️ Sorgenti del Lys Hike to the springs of the Lys stream, high up in the valley, in a high-altitude environment with views of the Monte Rosa glaciers.
