In the living room, there is a cozy double sofa bed, and additionally, a second single sofa bed is available. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five people. Upon request, a comfortable sixth bed can be added. The kitchen, with its bright and light tones, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The house is provided with cutlery, dishes, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The house is located in the municipality of Misterbianco, a large center just 5 minutes from Catania, equipped with all essential shops and services. The neighborhood is very quiet, with minimal nighttime traffic. Nearby, you will find bakeries, mini-markets, post offices, ATMs, tobacco shops, and much more. Just 150 meters away is the Circumetnea station, which allows you to conveniently reach various destinations even on foot. Also within a short distance is a sports center equipped for playing football and padel. By car, it is easy to access two of the largest shopping centers in Sicily, Etnapolis and Centro Sicilia, which offer a wide range of shops and commercial spaces.
