The centre of Como can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The main services are about 5 minutes' drive away. The swimming pool is for the free use of guests. For use of the tennis court and barbecue, reservations must be made with the concierge. The Villa is in a panoramic position and is located within the protected natural area Parco Regionale Spina Verde, a few kilometres from the centre of Como and Cernobbio, very close to the Swiss border and only 45 minutes from Milan. The main services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket are only a 5-minute drive away in the Monte Olimpino district. It is recommended to arrive by car as the area is not served by public transport. In high season it may be difficult to find available taxis. The nearest bus stop is about 2 km away, the Como San Giovanni station is 7.4 km away.
