Charming apartment of about 120 sqm, able to accommodate up to 7 people, located on the third floor of a building without a lift. The property is located in the hamlet of Avenza, in a residential context full of services. The beaches of the Tuscan coast of Massa-Carrara can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as the center of Carrara and other points of interest. The accommodation consists of a living room, a dining area with kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces.
